Whether you’re looking for dark fibre, broadband connectivity or secure rental space for your technology, we offer you modular solutions for reliable data transmission. Our products are scalable, engineered for long-term use and built to ensure maximum availability. They can be flexibly combined and tailored to meet the needs of municipal networks, data centres or enterprise-wide infrastructure.

Since 1996, we’ve been leasing unlit fibre-optic cables (dark fibre) for exclusive use. Our clients include mobile operators, cable providers, data centres and industrial companies. The network supports data rates in the terabit range and ensures 99.99% availability. Through strategic partnerships, we also connect national and international hubs.

We facilitate connectivity in rural regions. By extending service lines from our network to cable distributors, we empower local providers to deliver high-speed internet to households and businesses. Through active participation in funding programmes, we contribute to the digital development and economic growth of rural municipalities.

We offer data centre infrastructure containers along our fibre-optic routes, equipped with an uninterruptible power supply, air conditioning, access control, fibre optic distributors and optional radio masts. Alternatively, compact, multifunctional housing is available for your active technology. All locations are centrally secured by our control centre in Kassel, Germany.

Rapid and reliable
assistance on site

We take pride in our network, which is why we monitor our pipelines and fibre-optic infrastructure around the clock. This enables early fault detection and a swift response when needed. Most of our fibre-optic routes run alongside our gas pipelines and are subject to regular checks, including aerial surveillance. This lowers the risk of intervention and enhances operational safety. Our customer hotline is available at all times to assist you with technical enquiries or faults. We also provide construction companies with precise cable location data via the BIL online portal, helping to prevent damage and ensure safe execution of construction work.
